Only customers who have bought a product from us can review it in our shop.
How we check reviews
- Reviews can only be submitted via a personal link that customers receive by email after delivery, if they agreed to this when ordering, or on the product page when logged in to the customer account the product was bought with. The link only works for the customer’s own order.
- Each review is stored together with its order and marked as “Verified purchase”.
- We publish positive and negative reviews alike and do not change their content.
- We offer nothing in return for reviews – no discounts, vouchers or gifts.
- We only remove a review if it breaks the law, is insulting, contains advertising, is not about the product, or if its author asks us to delete it.
What is shown
For each review we show the star rating (1 to 5), the text, the date and the first name with the initial of the last name. The overall rating is the average of all published star ratings. Reviews on other platforms (for example Amazon) are not shown here.
